There are songs that just remind me of time I spent with my father. We butt heads now, because I'm the hippie and he's pretty much "All-American", but, I'll never forget some of the music he popped into the tape deck of his old Lincoln Towncar. From the wacky "space music" to Kenny G, car rides and trips were always full of music. My favorite soundtrack? Janet. :)

There's one song from her Rhythm Nation album that stuck to me like glue. I mad dashed to the TV whenever it was on a music station. When we got the CD, I wore out this song in particular. I thought her voice was beautiful, and her look with all those hunky men in the desert was the stuff dreams were made of. (And I dunno HOW I was able to determine just how hunky these guys were, young as I was!) Maaan I wanted to wear that outfit she had on, too...lol...
