Quench Thy Thirst!

Water is so good for you. How often do you have some? For people who might have issues with drinking enough, there's all kinds of alternatives with flavored water, water enhancers, and little tips like adding lemon or mint. I know that it's hard to get in eight glasses for some people (*ahem!*), but water has some amazing healing and preventive characteristics. Sifting through my collection of links, I found a page I saved from natural haircare website Thank God I'm Natural about The Best Times To Drink H2O. For natural women this should be common knowledge. for Anyone, it's something to consider. It's tempting to have your juices, sodas, and alchoholic beverages, but we all need to replenish with some water. I love the refreshing taste of pure, cool water in a tall cup or glass. Gotta have ice cubes and let it sit for a while. Ahhhhh.....refreshing!You'll feel so much better once you add a little more water into your routine. I know I LOVE that refreshed, clean feeling after a sip or two. Even if you don't get your eight glasses in, at least try and quench your thirst before you get dehydrated. For signs of dehydration, check out this checklist.

Happy drinking!
